"I called Plomberie A+ during the holiday period for my kitchen sink blockage and Adam answered my call providing same day availability and explaining the fee range for the fix. He arrived on time and was proactive in providing instructions in preparation for the work. It was not an easy diagnosis but Adam was committed to find the source of the issue. Within 2 hours he cleared the blockage, he validated that the plumbing of units above and below me were working fine before and after the work, and provided a written report of the issue and fix. Adam is truly a professional! He was also always respectful of the house, ensuring to clean up as he go and communicating about ventilating the unit for the smell. Overall i was very satisfied with his services. Fees were reasonable and it was a simple online payment process."
